Ferienhaus im Grünen am Stadtrand von Salzburg

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in 10 Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle (bergab) um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Vom Bus zu uns rauf geht man je nach Kondition. Wir empfehlen für die Anreise immer ein Taxi.

Willkommen in unserer frisch renovierten, hellen und geräumigen Unterkunft! Ideal für alle, die Komfort und Ruhe suchen: Alles ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt – nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Salzach mit ihren schönen Uferwegen ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar, und auch die charmante Altstadt ist 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder 15 Min mit dem O Bus erreichbar. Perfekt für Städtereisende, Paare oder Familien, die Salzburg entdecken möchten.

Salzburg Haus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Größe Wohnfläche ca. 180 m2 + große Terrassen + Balkon + Garten. Die Lage und Aussicht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Egal ob man die Natur erkunden oder die Innenstadt besuchen möchte, alles ist von hier aus bequem erreichbar. Parkplätze sind am Grundstück vorhanden. Ideale S-Bahnanbindung City Train „S2“ Salzburg Kasern (vom Haus bis zur Station „Salzburg Kasern“ sind es nur ca. 300 Meter)

Lakes & City Appartement Salzburg

Das neue und vollausgestattete Lakes & City Appartement liegt im Stadtteil Liefering neben dem Naherholungsgebiet Salzachseen (mit Badesee). Die Innenstadt ist in 10min per Bushaltestelle ums Eck zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich der hauseigene kostenfreie Parkplatz. Das Appartement bietet alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Neben der Gemütlichkeit wird auch auf praktische Dinge wie eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine nicht vergessen.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Stylisch, praktisch, gut!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Unsere gemütliche 3-Zimmerwohnung mit Terrasse liegt in der Stadt Salzburg direkt am Naherholungsgebiet Salzachseen, mit wunderschönen Wanderwegen und Badesee. Sie ist sowohl für kurze (mindestens 3 Nächte) als auch für längere Aufenthalte geeignet und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und einen kostenlosen Autoabstellplatz am Grundstück. Rauchen ist auf der Terrasse erlaubt.
