Villa Viktoria is a large, luxurious design house by the sea. It´s just 50 m from the water, and comes with a private (40 m) section of the sand beach. Reachable by car. Neighbours nearby, but the location still offers good privacy. Excellent kitchen! Has it all! Sauna, bathtub and double showers with sea view! Washing/drying machine. Villa Vinappa is fully equipped and heated all year round, which makes it possible to enjoy the archipelago during all seasons. There is a car road up to the house and the distance to Nauvo center is around 12 km. The house is located by the shore offering a nice view of the sea towards Korppoo. You will also have access to a beautiful swimmingplaces located around 300 m from the house. You can also do various outdoor activities in the surroundings like jogging or a walk/hike in the forrest.

Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Pidä taukoa arjesta ja rentoudu tässä rauhallisessa keitaassa. Hiljaisuutta ja rauhaa haluavalle loistava paikka. Täällä voit nähdä lehmät laitumella, tai kauriit ja peurat omassa ympäristössä. Jos se on lomasi tarkoitus lähden kyllä mukaan metsään hakemaan niitä niin näkemisen mahdollisuus nousee. Tai nähdä vanha saaristo kylä. Kurkistus noin 200 vuotta vanhaan maakellariin tai latoon. Lisätilaa saatavissa myös pikku mökki, korvausta vastaan. Lemmikit sallittu erillis sopimuksen mukaan.
