Old Channel Cottage

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Flower Creek Guest House Close to Lake Michigan

Flower Creek Guest house is sitting on a 5 acre parcel located in Montague MI. It is overlooking beautiful Flower Creek. It is up stream from Flower Creek Dunes Nature Preserve on Lake Michigan which can be accessed through Muskegon County Meinert Park about 1 Mile away. There is ample parking at this house. Winter months I would recommend 4 wheel or all wheel drive. Lake Michigan is just across the street and you can get a lot of snow off the lake in the winter months if you only have 2 wheel.

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

A short drive to Michigan’s Adventure amusement/water park, golf, & downtown events make this the perfect vacation spot! The side deck is good for grilling. The house has all the amenities you need including Air-Conditioning. A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Have NO PET POLICY.
