Appartement indépendant en rez de chaussée au sein d'une maison (où vivent les propriétaires), refait à neuf sur un jardin de 900m2 dont une partie privative pour l'appartement. A seulement 9 mins de capbreton ou de labenne océan. La piscine est chauffée également en avant et après saison. Environ du mois de mai à octobre suivant les conditions climatiques.
