Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer. Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including F St, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Linens & towels included. Snow: we provide shovels/snow melt, we do our best to come shovel but can’t guarantee it.

The 1st floor consists of the kitchen, living room, half bath, and laundry. Our large backyard has a grill, outdoor shower, fire pit and plenty of room for fun. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms w/balconies and a full bathroom (w/bathtub). We have a long driveway and an easy 10 min walk to the beach. Luxurious studio apartment with fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with large claw foot tub, and luscious bedding. The studio is the entire English basement of my home overlooking the bay, with radiant heated floors, located one mile from the ocean beaches. You have your private entrance and have the studio to yourself. I live upstairs. Bikes and kayaks available. Dogs are welcome (no more than 2 medium-sized dogs, and no other pets, sorry).
