A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. The barn is approximately 230 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.3 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.

Adjoining, yet separate to the main house, the Pavilion is so-called as the garden was once the village bowling green. Delightful views of National Trust Tudor dovecote and stables. A perfect base for riverside walks, cycling and water sports. Mainline train stations Bedford and Sandy are 15 minutes drive away.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a newly converted , self contained barn. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. Welcome to our little cottage, located in the centre of the beautiful village of Turvey in the English countryside in Bedforshire. Just 40 minutes north of St Pancras, London, by train. With a wood burning stove, wifi, rain shower, Cowshed products, Nespresso, Sky TV, fully-fitted kitchen and surrounded by open fields, walks and English pubs its the perfect getaway from daily life.

Riverside Retreat

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
