Our historic home was built in 1908 with a carriage house in the rear of the property. We have fully renovated the carriage house to be a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a hot tub under the trees that is yours to enjoy. We are close to the Cultural/Museum district, Trinity Trails, TCU, West 7th and a short walk to the cutest restaurants, bars and shopping in Fort Worth on Magnolia Ave. The carriage house would be a perfect space for solo travelers or couples.

Most Airbnb houses are illegal in Dallas, Fort Worth, Grapevine, and Arlington. This one is central to all and is legally permitted! Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home hosted by superhosts!
