The Seed is inspired by nature in design, its rooted in a calm residential area in downtown Oak Hill WV. Only 12 miles drive to New River Gorge National park. The space is simple and functional with its open layout. It's a charming, vibrant and inviting space. Play the guitar or learn...read some books, gander at the plants and art. When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.

Five minutes from Fayetteville, the closest town to the New River Gorge National Park, and ten minutes to ACE Adventure resort.

We are minutes away from many of the major attractions in the area including: rafting companies (i.e. ACE and Adventures on the Gorge, and River Expeditions), hiking, shops, and restaurants.
