Lake is drawn down, mid-Sept - April, meaning water level during this time may be nonexistent. Boat launch at end of road.

We are less than an hour from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. Morristown is also within a fifteen minute drive with several restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.

You are surrounded by great local restaurants and Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains are within easy driving distance.
