Quiet back privacy fenced yard w/ gas grill, deck, and patio to relax. Property is off a busy road, turn in slowly so you do not miss the turn. Smoking outside only. Small semi private lake with access but mainly for the view of the water. 6 miles to Mexico Beach or St Joe Beach. 20 minutes to the Dead Lakes. 30 miles to Panama City.
