NEK Base Camp and Retreat w/ Sauna

Nestled in a corner of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom, this basecamp with private sauna is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. After an action packed day, treat yourself to a few cycles in our sauna Adventures are everywhere in the NEK. 100+ miles of mountain biking. Skiing at Jay Peak, Burke Mountain and Lake Willoughby Backcountry. 100s of miles of ATV and Snowmobile trails. You'll find classic Vermont adventures, not to mention Golf, fishing, and hiking you can embark on.

Hilltop Guesthouse #1

Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

After a day of hiking, skiing or paddle boarding, return your home base for a quiet evening of board games. Private apartment w/hot tub for 4 & abundant amenities. Kitchen stocked w/ basics for cooking. Access to back yard with grill, fire pit & pond stocked w/ trout (for feeding). Access to 1 mile +/- of scenic wooded trails & beaver pond w/ pedal boat. Close to Burke Mtn, VAST & Kingdom Trails. Hosts on site & available if needed. DISH, smart TV, movies & games. Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

Village Camping Cabin

Located in the heart of Brownington Village, and about 15 miles from the Canadian border, our property allows for easy access to many scenic locations. Enjoy all that Vermont's Northeast Kingdom has to offer including many beautiful lakes, hiking trails, bike paths, and ski areas. There are about a dozen homes in the village and you will hear traffic going by, including horses and buggies carrying our Amish neighbors.
