Two bedrooms, one with a luxurious four-poster double bed, the other with an adult sized single bed. Located near the banks of the Derwent it's exceptionally placed to walk by the river to Derby cathedral. With private courtyard, Wifi, Smart TV, kitchen, lounge, this is a fabulous find right in the centre of a UNESCO world heritage site.

Charming cosy character cottage tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Located within a 2 minute walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a fabulous selection of pubs, restaurants & shops. It has an open plan kitchen, living room with log burner, 2 bedrooms (1 with a king size bed and 1 with a double bed) and a shower room (no bath). Outside there is a shared backyard and to the front of the property there is a shared picnic area.

Melbourne is a vibrant little town with plenty of history and culture, offering lots to see and do in the area, and in good walking country.
