Our home from home is cosy but with lots of living space for all to spread out. Ideally situated, an easy walk to the fells above and only a short drive to Bowness. We love the secluded garden in summer and the sunny conservatory and open fire in winter. Quality furnishings, towels and linens. Well equipped kitchen. Private parking 2 cars. 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for families who enjoy the outdoor life as there are so many walks just locally or in the Lakes. Your pets are very welcome but we need to warn you that the garden is not fenced in. The village of Ireleth is quiet but very friendly and there are shops and take aways nearby in Askam.

Aqua park and Nature reserve is also close by. We are also a good base for exploring the lake district with Coniston only being a 35min drive. Scafell Pike is close by too with a 45min drive.
