Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

A truly one of a kind farmstead experience -stay in a newly constructed barn apartment on our 500 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese - farmstead cheese made right here onsite. This is a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our modern apartments directly above the dairy barn.
