El departamento , se encuentra dentro de un barrio privado, a 4 kilometros del centro, a dos cuadras de la ruta Bustillo, que es la que bordea el lago Nahiel Huapi, cerca de alli hay una bajada pública a la playa. En 500 metros encuentra todos los locales para abastecerce de alimentos, dentro del complejo hay restaurantey pileta climatizada con reposeras , habilitada todo el año.
