During the summer and winter season our guests can use the facility's SPA, pool and shuttle to the skiing area, all at a small charg. Each house consists of two master bedrooms, a big fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table, a spacious living room with a fireplace, and a sauna. Smaller groups of up to five guests can rent one of the two villas. We can organize transfers from and to the airport of Sofia. The distance to Gondola Ski Lift is approx. 350m. The flat is on the 3rd floor, entrance F, of the main building of Belvedere Holiday Club complex. Convenient for those who would like to use the complex SPA, located at the same building (additional pay to complex reception).

The studio has a separate room for storage of ski equipment in the basement of the building.
