Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

A stunning 200 year-old cottage located in the charming small village of Bouth in the Lake District, now a UNESCO world heritage region. Situated on a quiet country road and bounded on two sides by open fields, with grazing shire horses and Jersey cows, this is the idyllic country retreat. The cottage has been renovated to the highest standard whilst retaining all the charm of its period. The traditional village pub is a few metres away. Breathtaking natural scenery awaits you from the doorway.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Camping Barn 2, Abbot Park Farm

Built in 2012, our slate and stone camping barns boast 6 single beds on the first floor. The ground floor space includes a dining area, kitchen area which includes a microwave, kettle, toaster, small fridge and a single electric hot plate. and a ground floor wet room. Bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery are all provided. Outside are stunning views, a picnic area and public footpaths through the farm. Breakfast is not provided can be requested at an additional cost.

Rusland Retreat is on the first floor of a barn conversion nestled in an elevated position in the hamlet of Oxen Park, in the beautiful Rusland Valley. Upper Crumble a romantic retreat for two set in an idyllic rural location with beautiful views. It has its own Hot Tub in a private courtyard. Perfectly located to access The Lakes and the medieval village of Cartmel. Cosy log stove, Wifi and private car park. Our large private gardens can be viewed 4-6pm summer time or by arrangement and a map is left in the cottage. The Back Garden Section shows photos of these areas.
