This unique historical apartment is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is part of the green aqua blue historical town house. The apartment is roomy, spacious and comfortable and offers city views from the front balcony. The historical town house dates back to the late 1800’s and is completely renovated.

This brand new house sits on a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea for fabulous sunsets. Watch frigate birds, leaping tuna, dolphins and sometimes whales. You'll have your own private plunge pool and a staircase down into the sea for backyard snorkeling. The house has two mirror image apartments, each completely private. Because this is a new community there may be construction happening, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Enjoy the sun and sea. Swim, snorkel and dive. An intact reef and drop-off just 30m from shore. Night diving is wonderful. Super cheap tanks rental just 2 minutes away. 30 min drive from other beaches like Playa Grandi Westpunt (with the turtles) Cas Abou & Portomarie. The apartment is at the street side. There is no seaview. But you are on the property so you can take your breakfast tray and enjoy it at the sea. Its a beautiful experience.

The Shore 20 op Blue Bay Resort is onderdeel van een kleinschalig maar zeer luxe en hoogwaardig afgewerkt appartementencomplex.
