we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandcafé som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går precis ovanför huset.

Nach liebevoller detailgetreuer Sanierung sind 6 Ferienwohnungen im Stile von Reihenhäusern entstanden. Die zur Gartenseite gelegene Wohnung 4 bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Die sonnige Südwestterrasse und die luxuriöse moderne Vollausstattung kombiniert mit antiken Elementen schaffen ein außergewöhnliches Wohlfühlambiente.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Fachwerkhaus in der Altstadt bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Zeit an der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte benötigt. Auf zwei Etagen mit großem Garten und einer Terrasse finden sich genug Rückzugsorte, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Ein großer Kamin bietet an den kälteren Tagen gemütliche Wärme. Der Plauer See ist ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen, wie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitangebote in der süßen Altstadt von Plau am See.

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.
