Designed by renowned architectural historian Niels Gutschow, this unique place blends heritage with comfort and rustic charm. Home-made dinner, breakfast and tea/coffee are complimentary. No road access! Guests have to walk around 5 minutes on a footpath through the fields to reach the property.

Located in Patan, our duplex apartment features a fusion of traditional Newari and modern design. Constructed using reclaimed materials, it provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. What sets it apart is the separation of the kitchen and dining area by a private garden, adding a touch of peacefulness and greenery to the living space. Additionally, the living space is on the bottom unit, offering separation from the bedroom in the upper unit which ensures privacy and comfort.
