It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

My place is near the train station, if you want to catch a train to go to Perth City. Train station is safe to leave your car parked or you can catch a bus which takes 5mins to the train station. It's also close to the shopping Centre and we have nice restaurants' around and close the beach. Hospital, ED is Just 10 mins away in case you get sick while you stay inn. You can enjoy cooking your own recipes.
