Little House with Magical Private Garden

Since last year, the house has become even more charming: new boiler, AC, furniture, a renovated living room, and a refreshed garden. We have many dear family memories here and truly love this place. We care for it constantly, so by the time you arrive, it may feel even cozier. In the center of Balatonfűzfő, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and marina. Shops, post office, and restaurants are nearby. Ideal for 4 guests, with a washing machine, fridge, and a garden for grilling and relaxing.

Közel található a vasútállomás, búszállomás. A szabadstrandunkat 2019-ben újították fel, kb. 5-6 percre van gyalog, mely vízesblokkal, játszótérrel, röplabda pályával ellátott. Parton napvászon védi a pancsoló apróságokat. Az abc 400 m, a kerékpár út kb 30 m van a háztól. 5 db kerékpár is kölcsönözhető! 1,5 km löszfalon található kilátó, melyről Balaton gyönyörű, s Tihanyig is ellátunk. 600-800 m-re rengeteg remek étterem található a part mellett, s a faluban is. Várok mindenkit szeretettel.

The apartment is located in the heart of Tihany near the Tihany Abbey, restaurants, souvenir shops, the lovely inner lake and a step away from the great Lake Balaton. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Balaton as well as the heritage town of Tihany. Couples, families and groups of friends are welcome to stay in my heritage home. Extra 830 HUF has to be paid as tourist tax by each person for each night above 18 year olds.For 1-2 night stays and for pets have extra charge.

Our brand new holiday home is open for rent all year around in a safe and calm environment. Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Balatonfuzfo features three beaches and several restaurants whilst the several fine dining restaurants and wineries are within a 20 minute drive.

The house has 37 m2: bedroom room, living room with sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, well equipped kitchen. There is also a hot tub on the terrace, available all year round. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people. There is the possibility of baby cot, highchair, pram. On request we can also provide toys for different ages (baby toys, rattles, skill-builders, board games, baby books, books for young people, etc.)
