If you are looking to party and get wild…this is NOT the place for you! QUIET AND CHILL GUESTS ONLY PLEASE! This apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a small fold out ottoman bed that is suitable for a child. There is an AC, fan and bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, fan and AC. There is a living room with a sofa, AC, ceiling fan, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and beach cooler.

This is a studio on a cliff with a spectacular view facing mangroves, Middlesex and Poza El Teodoro beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Each studio has Smart TV internet, private bathroom, kitchenette microwave, electric coffee maker, small refrigerator, queen size bed, side table, futon (convertible to twin size bed), AC and a balcony with ocean view. The common areas for the studios are a pool, gazebo, sitting area by the pool and they all have ocean view. Pets are not allowed.

Enjoy a relaxing nautical style environment. Located on a quiet and friendly Cul-de-sac street that ends with a walkway to the beach only 1 minute by foot. Jobos beach is only a short drive away. Some of the area's most well-known restaurants are also a short drive away.
