The hosts quietly reside on the two upper levels.

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

This is for the basement only, low ceiling (6ft 6in). Quiet neighborhood and free street parking only. The basement has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, living room, and wet bar area. I live upstairs with my dog. The basement has self check in entrance with keypad. I just renovated the basement so please keep in mind there might be some marks on the wall. You get everything you see in the pictures, a complete private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
