Ce logement est idéal pour les randonneurs à pieds, à vélo, à cheval car il est est à proximité du GR 36, de la Vélofrancette. Il convient aussi tous les amoureux de la nature et toute personne en recherche de déconnexion (pas adapté pour le télétravail, connexion aléatoire voire inexistante).

On vient séjourner à "La Petite Passière" pour sa situation, dans un jardin à l'anglaise de 3 hectares, blotti au coeur des prairies et des forets de la vallée d'Exmes, diamant du pays d'Auge. On y goûte ainsi l'air pur et le calme d'une nature préservée, offrant des paysages exceptionnels à 360 degrés. Cependant, on y demeure aussi pour le confort et la qualité des équipements de cet un ancien corps de ferme du 18ème siècle, entièrement rénové dans le respect de son charme d'origine.

Only a short drive to local amenities , such as bakeries, Italian restaurants, super market & sites of interest, as seen in our pictures.

Rich with history, beautiful flowers and breathtaking views of the sweeping woodland valley, it is a timelessly beautiful landscape.

En pleine campagne dans un paysage de bocage typique très vallonné, une charmante maison indépendante à colombage dans un vaste parc arboré en bordure d’un verger historique de grands poiriers séculaires. Dans la commune du village de Camembert où Marie Harel créa le célèbre fromage sous la Révolution. A 6km d'un bourg tous commerces. Au milieu des fermes qui produisent du fromage de Camembert issu de vaches de race normande.

Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
