Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Unsere gemütliche Dachgeschoss- Ferienwohnung auf 1.000m Seehöhe in Niederau, bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen und ist mit 1 gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafmöglichkeit, 1 Küche, 1 seperaten Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, sowie einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Da sich unser Haus auf einem Berg befindet, ist ein Auto klar von Vorteil. Natürlich kommt man auch zu Fuß gut hoch, muss aber pro Strecke sicher 30-45min einrechnen

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.
