DE VELDENHOF is a luxurious semi-detached house for 2 to 4 people with AIRCO in the middle of the Markdal nature reserve south of Breda. The house is located in a green oasis with a view of and access to its own nature reserve of 2 hectares. Voel je welkom! Dit ruime buitenhuis met eigen ingang is achter ons huis gelegen (aan de andere kant van onze rijke tuin). ♡ Woonkamer met gashaard, bioscoop, keuken met koelkast/ combi-oven/ waterkoker/ kookplaat, badkamer met o.a. regendouche, een vide met tweepersoonsbed ♡ Ruim terras met parasol, tuinmeubelen en een barbecue ♡ Sauna en hottub tegen bijbetaling (€45) ♡ 15 minuten lopen naar Haagse Markt (restaurants en winkels) 10 autominuten/ 15 minuten fietsen naar het centrum van Breda.

Verwarming met pelletkachel. In de slaapkamer staat 2-pers box-spring (1m60x2m). Badkamer : toilet, inloopdouche, lavabo, föhn. 4e kamer met tafelvoetbalspel. Ivm Belg. wetgeving is huislinnen (lakens & handdoeken) zelf meebrengen, kussens en dekbed aanwezig. Huisdier welkom mits toeslag Juli & aug: min 2 nachten

Het geheel is gelegen op een mooie, landelijke bosrijke locatie in het prachtige Brabantse land Er is veel rust en privacy; wakker worden met het geluid van zingende vogels. Direct naast de Beekse Bergen en te midden van Hilvarenbeek, Tilburg en Oisterwijk. Veel fiets- en wandelroutes in de buurt. Op loopafstand (1 km) een gezellig restaurant.

Gelegen in Rijsbergen aan de weg van Breda naar Zundert, net buiten de bebouwde kom met supermarkten, bakker en restaurants, wandel- en fietspaden dichtbij.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
