All rooms with a view and the living room with ceiling-to-floor glass sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior. Bearing in mind that Casa do Ilhéu is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. As Casas da Chaminé são recuperação de uma casa tradicional antiga. Foram cuidadosamente criadas de forma a promover uma vivência em contexto rural em casa típica, num ambiente moderno e confortável. Constituída por três casas independentes, dispõe ainda de um amplo jardim com piscina, uma pequena horta e pomar e um alpendre com churrasqueia (partilhados por todos hospedes). A sua família ficará no centro de São Miguel a 5 min de carro de várias praias, do Chá Gorreana, a 15 min de Furnas e 25 min Nordeste. Localizada numa aldeia de 300 habitantes aconselhámos a alugar um carro para deslocar-se a compras e ter melhor aproveito da Ilha de São Miguel.
