Vroeger was dit deel van de boerderij het woongedeelte van de familie, wat terug te zien is aan de authentieke Portugese tegelvloeren, gerenoveerde houten luiken en het plafond-ornament in de hal. Nu is het een zeer sfeervolle, comfortabele vakantiewoning, gelegen tussen fruitboomgaarden en 4km van vissersdorp Fuseta, strand en de lagunas van de Ria Formosa

La Casa de Lucía es una casa amplia de 3 dormitorios en el centro de Ayamonte. Se distribuye en entrada-salón-cocina de 45 metros cuadrados, con balcón a la calle. 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas de matrimonio con camas de 160cm (15 metros cuadrado cada una) y otra con dos camas de 90cm (10 metros cuadrados). Cada habitación tiene acceso a un patio interior decorado con plantas. dos baños de 6 metros cuadrados con ducha e iluminación natural con claraboyas. Aire frio/calor en cada dependencia.
