Welcome to The Casita, our Mediterranean inspired beach bungalow in the Outer Banks. The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

The EAST Cove- Beach Weekend getaway!

This is the perfect place to stay if you just want easy beach stay here on the Outer Banks. Hotel quality with the vacation cottage feel. Most of your everyday amenities at home are provided here for you to make your Airbnb experience stress free. Live like a local here in Kill Devil Hills, only steps away from beach front sunrises and across from some a soundside sunset on the water views. This place is great for beaching it, surfers, fishermen, weekend worriors and wedding crashers!

3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with easy access to the beach - only 650 feet (4 - 5 minute walk). Beach chairs and a beach cart are provided. Conveniently located at MP 6.5 - very close to a movie theater, Target, grocery stores, put put golf courses, go cart racing, shoping and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Sun & Sound - Upstairs Unit: Central OBX Getaway

This is the upstairs unit of a two-unit home, and centrally located in Kill Devil Hills about 0.6 miles from the beach. The interior is stylishly decorated with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings. It has a full kitchen with almost everything you can think of, with a large dining room table and kitchen island. The living room has a wrap around couch made for relaxing, and an 85" TV with 9.1 Dolby Atmos Surround sound to kick back and watch your favorite shows or something new!
