The house is well connected to the public (bus stop 2 minutes on foot) and is ideally located for tours on the Villanderer Alm and throughout South Tyrol.

Chalet De Ultimis is set amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ultental in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol.
