Historic homestead - Walk to Mainstreet, City Park, community center, and river walk. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

Welcome to The Trailhead @ Sinks – a brand-new, fully furnished detached guesthouse on our four-acre property. Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Sleep like a baby on Dreamcloud hybrid mattresses.

Newly Remodeled Riverfront Home

A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Cozy one bedroom guest apt located on our spacious 10 acre ranch with spectacular views and privacy, yet only 5 min. from town. The open concept apt features a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area. Both bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses. Shower/bathtub combo practical for kids. Washer and dryer free of charge. Cozy woodstove. Smart TV and WiFi. Additional air queen mattress also available. Kid-friendly with pack-n-play and toys. NO PETS. Very bright, nice guest house!

Lander - Amazing Ridge Views

Relax in this beautiful home with amazing views of Lander and the mountains. Sitting at the top of one of the best ridges overlooking Lander. You are 5 minutes from downtown Lander and 15 minutes from Sinks Canyon. This property features 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, upstairs living room and downstairs living/game room. Recently renovated in 2021-2022! Deck renovations in 2025. New mattresses and deck/balcony furniture! We are on well water and can hear the pump run occasionally.

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River,Sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please. Aspen Hut Guest Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located near the historic church and 2 blocks from the local eateries on Main Street. South facing living room windows provide great views of the town and surrounding mountains. The elevated location allows the afternoon breeze to pass through the little patch of aspens in the front yard. A rope hammock for relaxation and an outdoor table with chairs is provided.
