It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. *No Pets

The Cottage (Daniel’s Other Place)

Come feel at home in this affordable, peaceful, unique, clean, and centrally located cottage. Located just behind Daniel’s Place (our other Airbnb) Mollie and I personally manage our properties. We strive to create a great experience and make sure to treat our guests with respect and gratitude for choosing to stay with us! Whether you’re on your way to a destination and need a place to crash, here for a ski trip, kayaking, a show at the Grand, or just exploring, we are happy to host and help!

North Country Cottage

This beautiful, recently renovated home is out in the country down a dead-end road, but still only a few miles from the town of Ladysmith. It is about a mile from a little county park on the Dairyland Reservoir, only a few miles from the local golf course, and just down the road from hopping on the snowmobile trail in the winter. There is a boat landing at the park for summer and access to ice fishing in the winter. We hope to earn 5*s and look forward to hosting you! State License #VJAS-BCCLDB

Relax with the whole family or some friends at this peaceful place to stay. Kayak, fish, and swim in the lakes. Sit around the fire, play yard games, rest in the hammock, or watch a movie. There are plenty of ways to keep the kids active inside and outside. This cabin includes a game table, sandbox, board/card games, art supplies, kayaks, row boat, and fishing poles. Make many memories together skipping rocks, catching fireflies, eating smores, taking in the beautiful views, and sharing laughs.

Big Bear’s Den - On Lake Alexander

This spacious home is located on beautiful Lake Alexander just west of Merrill, Wisconsin. Enjoy the tranquil view year-round as you plan the many activities that this location offers. You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

This completely renovated cabin offers a cozy retreat with 1 bedroom featuring bunk beds and a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the comfortable living room with a TV, along with heating and AC. The cabin combines modern amenities with rustic charm and is set on a beautiful 40-acre property with groomed trails for quiet walks. At night, you can stargaze. There are snowmobile trails across the street, with UTV access on the roads. Perfect for a peaceful getaway!

1941 WWII Douglas DC-3 Airliner. Flown by the United States Marines for military transport services between Guam, Midway, and Pearl Harbor.
