Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

Great patio overlooking a beautiful view. It is a great place to sit and have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. You can hear birds sing or watch an occasional deer stroll by. Beautiful Lake Athens is just around the corner and The Boathouse Restaurant. We are near The Texas Freshwater Fishery.

We are just 2 miles from the loop that goes around Athens, so not as far from civilization as the surroundings might lead you to believe.
