A cute woodhouse (15m2) in the beautiful garden of the Hotel Cokkinis with the panoramic seaview. Bathroom inside the room. It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. Διαθέτει κήπο και δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης. Βρίσκεται μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό του Λυγουριού, 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το Αρχαίο Θέατρο της Επιδαύρου. Κοντά στο σπίτι οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ και το φαγητό τους στις παρακείμενες καφετέριες και ταβέρνες.

The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The functional and well detailed design of the studio combined with the astonishing view from its private balcony to Vivari gulf will give you the best holiday experience!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
