Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot located on a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border with rural views and great walks around the farm. We have horses, cattle, chickens and 450 acres to enjoy. Many fantastic sites nearby including Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, Warwick Castle, Silverstone, Upton House, Diddly Squat (30 minutes). Wake up to beautiful sunrises, great wildlife and an expansive view. You may even see the 14 wild deer who wander around the farm.

This beautiful bespoke-made sheperd’s hut is located one mile outside the charming market town of Chipping Norton. Chipping Norton is a hub of activity with a bustling well-stocked bookshop, cafés and restaurants. The sheperd’s hut is a quiet haven, equipped with a wood burning stove, mini oven, a power electric shower, underfloor heating, cosy armchairs and a king sized bed. With its beautifully appointed linens and furnishings our shepard’s hut is the perfect base for your next break.

We are ideally located for discovering the many beautiful Cotswold villages as well as within easy reach of Oxford, Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon. We are also close to Daylesford Farmshop and Soho Farmhouse and are surrounded by rolling countryside for lovely longs walks. There are plenty of great pubs and restaurants to visit. Wander around the Cotswold stone cottages in the village, let your troubles melt away in the clawfoot bath, sink into the memory foam mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets or play a board game in front of the log fire.
