Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.

Bryn Celyn Boathouse, private beach and garden

You can walk to Barmouth in half an hour, stroll the empty beaches at Fairbourne, go pony tracking, bring kayaks or bikes and take them on the famous Mawddach trail or up into the hidden hills to see the views and feel like you're on top of the world.
