Το κατάλυμα μας βρίσκεται στο τουριστικό χωριό, Αρμενιστής Ικαρίας. Διαθέτει δύο μονά κρεβάτια και ένα καναπέ ο οποιος γίνεται κρεβάτι. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές που θα χρειαστείτε για τις διακοπές σας. Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Cozy Hide Away in Frantato

Ikarian style house with a big garden in the village of Frantato. If you are looking for a peaceful ,quiet and relaxing place to stay , then this will be perfect for you. Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around. The house is perfect for 2 people.

Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Xerolithia Ikaria amazing beach house

It is a house option that combines the tranquillity with wild beauty in an incredible location, offering the comforts of a modern home. The space is ideal for people who love peace, tranquility, concentration and meditation, people who will have the opportunity to live in a picturesque beach house in a small cove, just outside the crowded tourist areas of the island. Because of the "rough" beauty of the location, you need to pay extra attention to the supervision of young children.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Olga's apartment

In the graphical bay of Nanouras with the nice sandy beach, 7 km away from Armenistis a modern apartment with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with living room and balconies with a view in the Aegean Sea and the most beautiful sunset is available to rent. The apartment has available all necessary home appliances (kitchen, fridge, kettle, washing machine,wi-fi etc) and is ideal for a couple or family. It combines relaxation, amazing sunsets and nightskies!

Peaceful Seaside Apartment & Quiet Swimming Area

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

Vathipotamia: 1-bed apt with amazing sea view

Cozy apartment with stunning view of the sea and the magical sunset of western Ikaria. In the bay exactly below the house, there's a unique secluded swimming area on the rocks (5 min by foot). Great location, between Armenistis and Nas (both are about 2 min by car). 5-min drive to sandy Messakti beach, 15 min to the traditional village of Christos Raches, less than 25 min to the harbor of Evdilos.

Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the busy touristic districts but exactly in the perfect spot to have everything around you in up to five minutes walk! There lies siesta rooms and his warm people are there for you to guarantee the perfect stay. The sea is there for you to become one with it, the lighthouse will be your company in the nights. Enjoy your stay!

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
