Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Created just for two, this cozy haven is the perfect base camp for your outdoor adventures. The Loft features gorgeous mountain views and quick access to the Buffalo River. This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property. The Enchanted Hobbit Cottage

An extraordinarily special place. Serene & Peaceful - Seclusion while still only a few miles to Colo Springs & attractions. Pet & everything friendly. Your cottage sits on your own 3 acres, 10 acres to explore. Everything you need for a solo couples retreat. There are playful touches everywhere (you’ll have to see it to understand). Specifically designed and built by your host – to enhance inspiration and vision. Not just pretty words, that’s the truth. Ron‘s first and foremost, an artist.

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Turtle Cove- Hot tub, Kayaks, Fire Wood Included

Come and enjoy a peaceful getaway in our quiet cove on Table Rock Lake. Relax in our guest house with a private deck, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit and beach at your back door! Enjoy swimming or fishing in the cove, sunning on a paddle board or kayaking at sunset. Paddle boards and kayaks included! Welcome family time relaxing on the hammock listening to the water lapping, barbecuing on the deck or chilling by the fire pit (firewood included). Come rejuvenate in nature's beauty!!

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a family with children. NO parties or large groups. No more than 6 people on the premises.

Charming and tranquil, this quaint Cottage is an enchanted haven where you can leave your cares behind. Bunkhouse on the Water

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank.
