It is an ideal location to relax on the sea and to visit in only few minutes away from Nafplio and the most ancient places in Argolis such as Mycenaes, Epidaurus, Tiryns, Argos.

It's only 200m distance from the sandy beach, the stores and the traditional taverns of the village. Enjoy the sunset exactly in front of the sea.

Our apartment is a newly built seafront penthouse that offers stunning views to the sea and walking distance to the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people and it is perfect for a family/couple. The apartment has an open plan, living room area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine & clothes drayer, and fully equipped bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and a drawer. The living space opens to a huge seafront veranda.

This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, LGBTQ+ friendly, business travelers and pet friendly. You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

A private staircase from the house leads directly down to a small, quiet beach, giving you easy and exclusive access to the sea whenever you wish. Sunny, and comfortable apartment with a splendid balcony with unique views of Bourtzi and Palamidi. Our place is located just outside the historical part of Nafplio. Shopping, restaurants, and bars are easily accesible on foot but we also provide free parking. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and with strong Wi-Fi in all rooms and can host up to seven guests in comfort and style.
