Welcome at the Panorama Sea View Apartment. As its name suggests, it is an apartment with a panoramic breathtaking sea view of Souda Bay. It is located in a 4-apartment building, which was built by my grandfather with much love and completed by my father and my uncle in the late 1980. It was completely renovated by me, in 2022 with care and very personal work. It is a house ideal for couples who love romance, tranquility and are looking for something special for their holidays.

Bay Overlook Villa (heated pool)

This 144m² villa is situated in a quiet, picturesque setting just 7 km from the city of Chania. Guests can easily reach local markets, restaurants, and supermarkets within a 5-minute drive. The property features a private swimming pool, an independent courtyard, and a veranda offering exceptional views of Souda Bay. Inside, the villa includes a modern open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, each with a balcony and scenic views.

Althea maisonettes in Aptera are really close to the National highway road (1,6 km by car),so there as easy access to the city of Chania and Rethymno as well as all the popular beaches of the island.
