No.2 West Layton Manor is part of an Historic Victorian Manor House built in 1872. The property provides the perfect setting for families and friends gathering for special occasions or holidays in beautiful North Yorkshire. The property boasts 6 kingsize bedrooms equipped with 6 full ensuite bathrooms. A further 7th bathroom is located on the ground floor. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 open log fires, and approximately 1/2 an acre of gardens. There is private parking for 8 vehicles.

The Vicarage Annexe is a beautiful, one double-bedroom facility situated at the foot of the Cleveland Hills. The building was originally built as a prayer and study room for the Vicarage. This is now a self-contained living area with en-suite facilities. The Annexe is located in the picturesque village of Carlton-in-Cleveland, which is in the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and this is an ideal location for a couple who enjoy the countryside for relaxing, sightseeing, walking or cycling.

Farmhouse

This stylish place to stay is perfect for family stays, celebrating special occasions and relaxing. A large open plan living area with kitchen and large island and beautiful views over open countryside. Ground floor is fully under floor heated, with a separate second lounge area, separate utility room and downstairs shower room. The market town of Northallerton is 5 minutes drive away with a vibrant high street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cinema, supermarkets and a train station.

The Old Stable at Birch Springs Farm

A very light and lofty living space has been created from the old farm stable on a working family farm situated at the north end of the vale of York close to the County Durham border. Boasting glorious views of the surrounding 240 acres of mixed farmland, including woods and an attractive pond area. The farm is approximately a mile and a half from any public road and is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful break in secluded countryside with all the luxury of a modern barn conversion.

The Lodge at Viewley Hill Farm

Viewley Hill Farm Lodge is a spacious and comfortable 3 bedroomed wooden lodge on a working farm. Situated in a peaceful and idyllic setting, the lodge has stunning views of the North York Moors and the Cleveland Hills. The local area boasts not only fabulous countryside but also easy access to the glorious north east coast and a wide variety of visitors attractions.

It offers two king-size beds, adult-friendly bunk beds, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with air fryer, fast Virgin Media Wi-Fi, and three Smart TVs (Sky Sports & Cinema). Fresh towels, toilet roll, and kitchen roll provided. Driveway and off street parking, two village pubs, near by supermarkets and shops, Darlington town centre only a short drive away.

Our Hornby pod is one of 4 luxury pods we have on our quiet, adults only site. Overlooking the Cleveland’s hills, you can kick back and relax whilst taking in the beautiful North Yorkshire scenery. It consists of a double bed, kitchenette, tv, WiFi, sofa bed, table & chairs and an en-suite bathroom with power shower. There is outdoor seating on your private patio too! All towels and bed linen are provided. Please note - our Hornby pod DOES NOT have a hot tub.
