You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

Beautiful fully upgraded home in good area.

Very modern and house is upgraded to the max. House is 1,700 sf, 3 bed, 2 bath with an outdoor bar, pool and spa. The pool is not heated but the Spa more than makes up for it. The house is in a beautiful area, there is a community park and basketball courts. The Master has a King size bed and the other bedrooms are Queen. The freeway is about 1 mile away. Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.
