Welcome to Tips Up, a residence in Golfside Condos at Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort. This first floor condo sits on the 18th hole of the Cedar River Golf Course designed by Tom Weiskopf and off the Purple Lift for skiing in/out. Enjoy the ease being situated right next door to the Lodge and it's amenities. The space also comes with use of the Lodge's outdoor pool, two hot tubs, and free shuttle bus between the 4 Villages and downtown Bellaire. We are located just 20 minutes from Torch Lake.

Welcome to the iconic Shanty Creek Resort! This ski and golf resort is unique as it is a three-resort experience in one. Shanty Creek offers hiking and snow sports in the Winter and hiking and golfing in the Summer. This ski-in/ski-out unit (located at the Amanda Haus, across from Ivans) combines two cozy, adjoining units that allow sleeping up to six guests. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. This four-season resort is the perfect place at any time of the year!

Unit #121 at the base of Schuss Mountain

Unit 121 is located at the top of Schuss Mountain Lodge. It is within walking distance from some of Northern Michigan's best skiing and golfing. Not to mention, it's only 15 minutes away from Short's Brewery in Bellaire. Unit 121 is located on the second floor and there is not an elevator. This is a one room hotel-like unit. You can sleep four — two on a foldout and two on a queen bed — in the same room. Private bathroom. Very close to the ski hills.

My place is close to Lake Bellaire and has the use of private beach, Torch Lake is nearby, Traverse City (30 min), many great golf courses, skiing in winter (Schuss Mountain), mountain biking (Glacial Hills), Shorts Brewery, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the views (stream behind condo), the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

Modern updated Boyne Mountain studio condo in the Villa perfect for a small family or group. You will be a short walk to all the Boyne Mountain amenities and restaurants. The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.
