Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea (about 300m) and the close proximity to the vivid center/port of Parikia(4km away) which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The house can accomodate up to 5 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, while watching the ships passing silently across the blue Aegean Sea. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or small group of friends!

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment.
