The kitchen is fully equipped & enjoy the 75” Smart TV, both in the living room & loft. Pool heating is available upon request for $80 per day. We typically don’t charge for your check-in or check-out day. Please allow 25–48 hours for the pool to reach temperature, depending on outdoor conditions.

Backed up to nature preserve with hiking/mountain bike trails. Trail access point is just one mile away.

Casita Desert Oasis/3 beds/Pool & Hot Tub

Relax at our desert Casita-perfect for a couple or small family. Books, toys, board games & WIFI will keep everyone entertained. Unwind at our resort-style pool* w/ private lounging area. I-17 (5 min), Ben Avery (10 min), Scottsdale/Lake Pleasant (30 min), Sedona (1.5 hr). We allow off-street boat & trailer parking for our guests, upon request. *Pool hours are 8am-9pm. For an additional fee of $25 the hot tub will be heated for a three hour period. Give us a heads up when booking!
