Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres with lake view off of a small lake(not accessible). You'd be booking the lower level of our 2 level home. Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. This is a second floor, private 1-bedroom unit 4-5 miles north of downtown MPLS. We are close to many restaurants. There is a private flat roof deck right outside the entry. Rental includes access to shared fire pit and grill. Shared laundry is available upon request at basement level which is accessed from outside of the second floor unit. The first floor is a private unit in which we reside.
