The Tower, Thornton Castle

Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

Recently converted blacksmith's workshop, now a comfortable architect-designed open-plan apartment with bedroom, shower-room, modern kitchen and programable under-floor heating. Self-contained studio apartment set in a quiet street with easy walking distance to train station, shops, restaurants, beach and Carnoustie Golf Course. A bright, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge consists of a sofa and mounted TV. Kitchen area is well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave and fridge. Upstairs bedroom with double bed and shower room. Off road parking directly in front of property. Travel to Arbroath, Dundee, Aberdeen or Edinburgh easily by train or bus.

Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.
