Βρισκομαστε στο κεντρο της παλιας πολης της Ανδρου μολις λιγα μετρα απο την αγορα της Χωρας.Το σπιτι ειναι μεζονετα 40τμ στον κατω χωρο υπαρχει το καθιστικο με καναπε που γινετε κρεβατι και ενα διπλο κρεβατι.Στον επανω χωρο βρισκεται ενα μονο κρεβατι , μπανιο με ντουζιερα και το μπαλκονι με θεα τον πεζοδρομο της παλιας πολης ,κουζινα η οποια παρεχει την καταπληκτικη θεα στην παραλια Παραπορτι μολις λιγα βηματα .

Kalliberry Cycladic old cave with private pool

'Kalliberry' is a remote complex with 3 old stone houses, located in Andros island. Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos started the Kalliberry project on 2014. Your hosts are 3 friends, 3 travelers of the world, who decided to leave Athens and start a new life in this beautiful Cycladic island. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.

Fisherman's sea side villa

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

Couple room ❤️

The couple room is a room with special view the sunset and the beach of Mpatsi .The square of Mpatsi is 200meters from the room and 100meters from the taxi station.The couple room is the best solution for couples that want romance and spend the day at the beach.behind the room we have a garden as you see at the photos.**clarification(the bed that you see at couple room is suitable for two persons)This year we restored the wc new photos are uploaded!!!

ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται μέσα στο Μπατσί. Εύκολα με τα πόδια προσβάσημη η παραλία/κέντρο του Μπατσίου όπου βρίσκονται όλα τα μαγαζιά. Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
