Guests can enjoy the large back deck area with a grill and fire pit. Or sit and enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in porch. WiFi and Sling TV is included. Centrally located, guests can visit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Downtown Knoxville, Kentucky Casino, and is close to McGee-Tyson Airport.

Your family will be centrally located when you stay at Ball Camp Hill West of Knoxville. Enjoy your stay with country living and city life. You will stay in a secluded area surrounded by nature. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only 50 minutes away. We are only 15 minutes from downtown, market square and UT stadium. Maximum 1 pet allowed, if there’s a second pet in the property there will be an additional $60 fee added automatically. Any damages will cost separately for repairs or replacement.

Griggsly Bear Retreat - Baby Bear

The Baby Bear "unit" is the second-story apartment above our detached garage. It is fully open concept with the only doors being entrance from outside and to bathroom. The bedroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, work space, and reading nook are all open and connected through hallways or open space. Please note, I live in the main house across the driveway, and we occasionally have renters using the basement apartment of the main house as well.

Casa de Vida is a studio just minutes from downtown Knoxville which offers private space with a resort style backyard. Relax by the pool (May-Sept) in the quiet historical neighborhood of West Hills. Perfect location if you’re visiting for a Vols game, exploring Knoxville, or want to stay near the city while hiking in the Smokies. Queen bed, Full futon, kitchenette, spacious bathroom, ample outdoor seating, large pool, fire pit, and a grill.
